PUBLIC NOTICE: CANCELLATION OF RECRUITMENT DRIVE

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned candidates that the direct recruitment process initiated vide Advertisement No: ADVT/01/2025-26 dated 04/08/2025 for the selection of seven (07) Group 'A' Scientific positions of Scientist-I (Pay Level-10) STANDS CANCELLED due to administrative exigencies, restructuring of manpower requirements.

APPLICATION FEE REFUND GUIDELINES

  1. All online applications received against the aforementioned advertisement are treated as null and void.
  2. The principal application fee of Rs. 1,000/- remitted by Non-SC/ST applicants will be refunded in full.
  3. Individual Emails to all applicants have been sent. Non-SC/ST Candidates who have paid application fee may follow the instructions to update their personal bank details sought for in the email sent. The details may be furnished on or before 29th September 2026. The data furnished shall be safely secured and shall be used only for refund purpose. NIRM will start processing of refunds directly to the furnished bank account of the applicants within 5 working days.

  5. No individual correspondence or telephonic queries will be entertained in this regard.

Scientist-1 (Group-A, Level – 10, 7 CPC) – 7 Nos. (OBC – 3, SC -1, EWS -2, UR – 1) CANCELLED

Essential Qualification: 1st Class BE in Mining/ Civil/ Geotechnical/ Electronics or equivalent (or) 1st Class M.Sc., in Geophysics/ Geology/ Applied Geology.

Desirable: 1st Class M.Tech/ ME in the above disciplines or two years experience in research/ teaching/ industry in rock mechanics or related field.

Age Limit: 30 years. Relaxation of 5 years for Department Candidates and usual relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates. (Age will be reckoned as on the closing date for submission of applications).

Administrative Officer - 1 Post (Group-A, Level –10, 7CPC)

Essential Qualification: A Degree or its equivalent from a recognised University with 12 years of experience of work related to establishment and Administration in a Government Department or Organisation of repute in a supervisory capacity.

Desirable: MBA/ LLB (or) Diploma in Personnel Management and should be fully conversant with the Govt. of India Rules and Regulations

Age Limit: 45 years. Relaxation of 5 years for Department Candidates and usual relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates.(Age will be reckoned as on the closing date for submission of applications).
